If you want to run a pub, we have some of the best in the South West – along the coast, in historic towns and villages, and amongst the rolling hills of West Dorset, Devon and Somerset. It’s a great area in which to work – and a great quality of life! As important, every pub in the Palmers Estate is tenanted – and available at very competitive rents. And we’re always on the look out for people prepared to work hard; people who are passionate about offering customers a great experience; and people who will work with us to put our pubs right at the heart of the local community.

We’re looking for people who want to stamp their own style on a business opportunity. We deliberately have no corporate image for our pubs. That means you can really make your mark. We

want Licensees with great ideas and bags of enthusiasm to work alongside us. To help us build our reputation for ‘pubs selling food – not restaurants selling beer’! At Palmers, we’re unusual: we specialise in encouraging newcomers to the trade. Ask us about our ‘starter pubs’, where we encourage new tenants to cut their teeth.
