PALMERS DIRECT SECURE SITE SHOPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

These are Palmers Direct terms and conditions, which apply to sales of beer and all other products made to you via this website. By placing an order, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms, so do please read and familiarize yourself with them.

  1. Customers. You must be over 18 years and capable of entering into contract. You must supply proof of age on request.
  2. Representation of Products. Palmers Direct reserve the right to alter without notice prices of products and conditions of sale before you place an order. Please note product shades and shapes may vary.
  3. Payment. Payment in full must be made prior to dispatch of the products by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Delta/Connect or Switch). In the event of non-authorisation of payment we will contact you by e-mail to advise. We do not accept liability for any losses or costs incurred or sustained by customers who transmit credit or debit card information.
  4. Delivery.
    • Delivery will be by national carrier within 14 days of validation of order (subject to any events that are beyond our reasonable control).
    • Deliveries will be made to mainland UK only.
    • All products must be signed for by an adult (aged 18 years or over) on delivery. If no one is at the address when the delivery is made the products will be retained by the driver who will leave notification and a contact number so that customers can telephone to rearrange for the driver to return at a later time.
  5. Limitation of Liability.
    • We shall not be liable to pay any compensation to you, other than refund as stated. In particular, but without limitation, we shall not be liable to you for loss of profit, damage to goodwill or any indirect or consequent loss or damage arising out of any damage, defect, negligence or other failing on our part unless (a) you have expressly made us aware in writing of the nature and extent of the loss or damage which may suffer in such situation and (b) we have expressly confirmed in writing that we accept liability for such matters.
    • Nothing in these terms shall limit any rights you may have as a customer which are not capable of being lawfully excluded or limited, nor shall it exclude or restrict our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
  6. Intellectual Property. No permission is given in respect of the reproduction or use for commercial or detrimental purposes of any brand names, product names, designs and other material shown on or connected with our website in which intellectual property rights subsist.
