Financial Support

• A tenancy requires significantly reduced upfront capital and we offer tailored ingoing financial support packages
• Regular business review meetings help you build your sales and advise you on keeping your outgoings in check to maximise your profit at the end of the month
• If needed, we can introduce you to specialist Licensed Trade Accountancy Practices and Licensed Stocktakers
• We also retain the services of a specialist business rates advisory firm, all rates appeals and negotiations are supported by them on your behalf, as part of your support package

Property team

• We are proud of keeping our pubs in good repair and you have direct access to our Property department for expert advice and ensure any repairs are dealt with for you
• We are responsible for the structure of the building, which includes many of the biggest property costs, such as plumbing, electrics and external decoration. Any (non-structural) repairs and decorations you are responsible for will be made clear to you as part of the onboarding process
• Much of the regulatory and compliance burden is sorted for you and included in the service charge, meaning you can stay focused on running your business

In-house tech services

• It is in everyone’s interest to keep the beer flowing. Because of that, Palmers Brewery offers in-house cellar services, available around the clock. Our Technical Services team know our cellars inside out and offer one-to-one training with you and your team.

Marketing support

• Having a strong digital presence is more important than ever. We offer bespoke support on everything from social media, web hosting and design, to professional looking branded emails, menu design and booking platforms
• Our Marketing Manager is also a wine specialist who can advise you on constructing and designing your wine list as well as supporting you with tastings

Industry resources

• The British Institute of Innkeeping (BII),are the professional body representing the licensed retail sector. Palmers are proud to fund your BII membership
• We are committed to ensuring a quality pint in all of our pubs. We run our Cellar Champions competition throughout the year and Cask Marque provide accreditation across all Palmers pubs.
