Tally Ho! is worth savouring on its own, but works well with deep rich dishes, game served with fruit or traditional puddings, like sticky toffee, treacle tart or spotted dick.

Origin of Palmers Tally Ho!
Tally Ho! was first brewed for the Christmas of 1949 as a bottled beer. Following a successful summer in the 1980s, the draught ale went into production.
The ABV has changed over the years before gravitating to 5.5%. It is now brewed half a dozen times annually for cask. As a result of the lockdowns in 2021 we had some extra
mature Tally Ho! left in cellars. This “Old Ale” had amazing almost fruit cake characteristics.
Tally Ho! is our most awarded ale including Golds in Taste of the West, International Beer Challenge and SIBA Regional Independent Beer Awards.
Each year Tally Ho! that is matured for an extended period in cask is given a festive theme and badged as Tally Ho!Ho!Ho! It is our most awarded ale.
